I like the simpleness of it all and that the text is all down the left hand side as i like the space left to the right rather than there being a load of business. the only thing i would had changed is added a more coloured image, or a muted down image atleast.
a possible imporvement could be the picture seperating the two coloums of content pages.

Also i like how the the front cover is reverse colours to ther others.
